Our practice has been struggling with ongoing, incredibly frustrating issues with our Panorex machine for years, and some other IT issues. I've been going to Charles for a long time for all my technological issues and when he told me he's starting an IT firm I was happy to jump right on with him. He helped me out with my SEO and creating business accounts with internet supply/tool/material stores, etc., in which I was previously using personal bank accounts for, saving me hundreds of dollars. To summarize, Charles knows his s*** and is experienced with every aspect of owning a business and the tech involved. Even a decent amount of the financial, legal and accounting side of things he's able to help with, and he is humble enough to tell you if there if something he doesn't know (which isnt often) Thank you Charles and Dream MSP! 👍

I called up DreamMSP after finding them on google. Even though I'm out of state, they were able to effectively resolve my issue remotely! I plan on calling DreamMSP exclusively for all of my IT service issues from now on! Extremely professional, great communication and easy to deal with. I would recommend them to anyone!

Very responsive, Dream MSP is great to work with. They understand what I need and work with me to solve my IT issues in a professional, timely manner. They were so helpful and even anticipated future issues that I didn't consider, so we can prevent them before they become a problem. That's the competent, reliable service I have come to depend on.
