IT support that fits the way your business works.

An accounting deadline, a busy appointment book and a warehouse shipping cut-off create different demands. We plan around the work your people need to finish, with support from our Calverton base across Suffolk County.

A cloud application does not remove every local IT dependency. A practice still needs working scanners and printers; a manufacturer may depend on shared engineering files; a professional firm needs staff able to reach its client work. The industry pages explain those differences without assuming an IT company replaces your accountant, clinical vendor or production specialist.

Help with the applications behind your work

We support the business computers, accounts and connections your applications rely on. When a problem needs the software provider, we help coordinate the response so your staff have a clear place to start.

Security and recovery for important information

Patient records, client files, drawings and donor information each need appropriate protection. We help with the agreed technical safeguards and recovery arrangements, while your business and advisers set applicable policies and obligations.

A support arrangement you can evaluate

Your proposal explains covered systems, service hours, onsite arrangements and any separately priced projects. We can become your ongoing IT partner or add support alongside your own IT staff.

Before you get started

Questions about IT support by industry.

Have a question about your own setup? Talk with Charles.

Can you work with our specialist software provider?

Yes. Tell us the application names and what your employees cannot do. We can investigate the business computers, accounts and network and coordinate with the software provider when its specialist help is needed. The proposal explains who handles each part; you do not need to diagnose the fault before contacting us.

Do you need confidential client or patient records to discuss support?

No. Start with your location, approximate computer count, software names, and the problems your team is experiencing. Do not send passwords, patient records, or confidential client information through the contact form.

Can you work alongside an internal IT team?

Yes. Your internal contact may want help with employee requests, a particular system or a project that keeps being delayed. We agree which work DreamMSP takes on, what remains with your team and who can approve changes. Our co-managed IT support page explains that division without assuming that your existing tools or suppliers must all be replaced.

What if our industry is not listed?

Start with the work your employees do, the software they depend on and the interruptions you need help with. We review whether the computers, accounts and other responsibilities fit our services before proposing support. A specialist application or item of equipment may still need its own qualified provider; an industry label alone does not establish what we can take responsibility for.
