Information we collect
We collect your mobile number, the name and business details you provide, your SMS consent choice and its supporting record, and the messages you exchange with our employees. Messaging systems may also process delivery status, timestamps, sending and receiving numbers, and opt-in, opt-out, and help requests.
How we use messaging information
We use this information to respond to IT support requests, personally provide ticket progress and scheduling updates, follow up on your requests, record consent, honor messaging preferences, maintain service records, secure our systems, and meet legal obligations. This SMS service is not used for promotional campaigns or bulk marketing.
How mobile opt-in information is shared
Mobile opt-in information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell or rent mobile numbers, SMS consent records, or text message content, and do not provide them to third parties or affiliates for their own advertising or promotional use.
Microsoft Teams, participating telecommunications carriers, and messaging service providers process information necessary to operate and deliver the service. Providers that maintain our consent and customer-support records may process information on our behalf for those functions. This operational processing does not authorize a provider to use your SMS information for its own marketing. We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or the security of the service.
Retention and security
We retain messaging and consent information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide support, honor opt-outs, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet applicable legal obligations. An opt-out stops future support texts; it does not automatically delete previous messages or the records needed to honor your request.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. SMS travels through carrier networks and cannot be guaranteed confidential or secure. Do not text passwords, authentication codes, payment-card details, patient records, or other sensitive information to our support staff.
Your choices
SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing services. Reply STOP to stop texts from the DreamMSP number you are communicating with, START to resume, or HELP for support information. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
To stop texts from all DreamMSP numbers, update your number, or request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, email hello@dreammsp.com or call (631) 769-9332. We may need to verify your request and retain information where permitted or required by law. Additional privacy rights may apply depending on where you live.
