These SMS Terms apply to the optional text messaging service offered by DreamMSP LLC (DreamMSP), 130 Gregory Way, Calverton, NY 11933. By choosing to receive our text messages, you agree to these SMS Terms and the SMS Privacy Policy.
What we text about
Our employees use text messages for one-to-one conversations with customers about IT support requests, ticket progress, scheduling, and follow-up. Employees personally write and send these messages. This service does not include promotional campaigns, bulk messages, or automated ticket alerts.
Optional SMS consent during contract signing
During contract signing, you can choose a separate SMS consent option and provide the mobile number where you want to receive messages. The option is not preselected. Signing a service agreement or providing a phone number by itself does not enroll you. Each recipient must consent for their own number; a business contact's signature does not automatically enroll other employees.
The optional SMS choice uses this disclosure:
I agree to receive one-to-one text messages from DreamMSP LLC at the mobile number I provide about my IT support requests, ticket progress, scheduling, and follow-up. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing services. I have read the SMS Terms and SMS Privacy Policy.
We retain a record of your SMS choice, including the disclosure, mobile number, date, and signed consent record. Your consent may be documented electronically. You can withdraw SMS consent at any time as described below. You can continue to contact us by phone or email without enrolling in SMS.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies with your support requests and conversations with our employees. Message and data rates may apply under your wireless plan. Contact your carrier for details about your plan and charges.
How to stop or resume support texts
Reply STOP to a DreamMSP text to stop further texts from that sending number. Teams also recognizes QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, and UNSUBSCRIBE. You may receive a confirmation of your opt-out. Reply START to that same number if you want to resume.
Teams applies keyword opt-outs to the individual employee's sending number. To withdraw consent for texts from all DreamMSP numbers, email hello@dreammsp.com or call (631) 769-9332 and identify the mobile number involved. We honor requests made through these channels and will not use another number to bypass your opt-out. Withdrawing SMS consent does not cancel your service agreement.
Help and service availability
Reply HELP for support information, email hello@dreammsp.com, or call (631) 769-9332. Text delivery depends on participating carriers and network availability and may be delayed or fail. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Texting does not create a new response-time commitment or change the support hours, escalation process, or service levels in your written agreement. For urgent support, use the escalation process in that agreement. SMS is not an emergency service.
Protect your information
Do not text passwords, authentication codes, payment-card details, patient records, or other sensitive information to our support staff. Ask us for an appropriate secure channel when needed. Tell us if your mobile number changes or you no longer control it so we can update your SMS preferences.
Related policies and changes
See our SMS Privacy Policy for how we handle messaging information, our general Privacy Policy for website information, and our website Terms of Use. Your written service agreement governs the IT services we provide. Updates to these SMS Terms will appear on this page with a revised date; a materially different messaging purpose requires appropriate new consent.
